TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This Agreement defines the conditions for use by ssers of the materials and services of flexyfeli.com herein known as “the site”.

1. General conditions

1.1. The use of materials and services of the site is governed by the norms of the current legislation of The Republic of Seychelles.

1.2. This Agreement is a public offer. By accessing the materials of the site, the sser is considered to have acceded to this Agreement.

1.3. The site administration has the right to unilaterally change the terms of this agreement at any time. Such changes will take effect upon the expiration of 3 (Three) days from the date of posting the new version of the agreement on the site. If the user disagrees with the amendments, he or she is obliged to refuse access to the site and cease and desist using the materials and services of the site.

2. User Obligations

2.1. The user agrees not to take action that may be considered violating Seychelles law or international law, including in the field of intellectual property, copyright and / or related rights, as well as any actions that lead or may lead to disruption of the normal operation of the site and services.

2.2. Using materials from the site without the consent of the owners is not allowed. For the legitimate use of materials on the site, it is necessary to enter into licensing agreements (obtaining licenses) with the owners of the material.

2.3. When citing materials from the site, including protected copyrighted works, a link to the site is obligatory and possible only after prior approval from the site administration.

2.4. Comments and other entries of user on the site should not conflict with the requirements of the legislation of Seychelles and generally accepted standards of morality and ethics.

2.5. The user is warned that the site administration is not responsible for his or her visit and the use of external resources, links to which may be contained on the site.

2.6. The user agrees the Site Administration is not liable and has no direct or indirect obligations to the user in connection with any possible or resulting loss or loss related to any content of the site by copyright registration and information about such registration, goods or services available, on or obtained through external sites or resources or other contacts of the user, in which he or she enters, using information posted on the site, or links to external resources.

2.7. The user accepts the provision that all material and services of the site or any part of may be accompanied by advertising. The user agrees the site administration does not bear any responsibility and does not have any obligations in connection with such advertising.

3. Other conditions

3.1. All possible disputes arising out of this agreement or related to it shall be settled in accordance with the current legislation of Seychelles.

3.2. Nothing in the agreement can be interpreted as an establishment between the user and the site administration agent relations, partnerships, cooperative relations, personal employment relations, or other relationship not expressly provided for by the agreement.

3.3. A recognition by the court of any provisions of the agreement as invalid or not enforceable shall not entail the invalidity of other provisions of the agreement.

3.4. Inaction on the part of the site administration in the event of violation by any users of the provisions of the agreement does not deprive the site administration of the right to take later appropriate actions to protect the interests and protect copyrights of site materials protected in accordance with legislation.

The user confirms he or she is familiar with all the clauses of this agreement and unconditionally accepts them.
